【School Administrator】Checking Usage from Reports

You can check the status of LoiLoNote School usage from "Report".

How to Check Report

Access to the web admin page with the school administrator account.

Select "Report."

Check the "Usage Statistics"

From "Usage Statistics," you can see the number of registered users, DAUs, and login rates for teachers, students, and the school as a whole.

Selecting a school name in the above screen will display a graph showing the number of users.

Check the Admin Console Operation Log

You can view the operation logs of administrators and teachers associated with the school from the "Operation Log for school administrators" page.

Check the Status of Web Filter Usage

You can check the time of day when the site is being used, the websites being viewed, etc.

Time of day used

You can check the time period used from "Web Usage Statistics".

Within 30 days: Hourly usage can be confirmed.

Within 90 days: Usage can be checked on a daily basis.

Check Websites Being Viewed

You can check the number of views by domain.

It's possible to switch the display between "Only Viewable Websites" and "All Websites."
